Frisco, TX (Sports Network) - The Dallas Stars announced Thursday that defenseman Sergei Zubov will be sidelined for four weeks after undergoing an arthroscopic procedure on his hip. Injuries limited the 38-year-old Zubov to only 46 games last year. He registered four goals and 31 assists with a plus-six rating. Additionally, the club announced that rearguard Philippe Boucher is day-to-day with a sore foot. Boucher, 35, had two goals and 14 points in 38 games last season for Dallas.

In 119 NHL affairs with Edmonton and Dallas, the Wisconsin product has posted five goals and eight helpers. Winchester was selected with the 35th overall pick in the 2000 NHL Draft by Edmonton.
